Azman said the bugs in the system were isolated to the client side of things as, according to him, the central infrastructure has been operating smoothly with “no problems.” He added that Symphony House is ready to handle whatever traffic resulting from BNM’s proposed expansion of CTCS throughout the country.
With respect to problems on the client side, SBSB is not the only company that has experienced difficulties. Another company offering a similar outsourcing service, eProtea Technologies Sdn Bhd, also reported problems with the initial implementation of its system.
